Leadership is a capacity that draws on all aspects of yourself and your organization. Developing a vision, articulating it, and inspiring others to achieve it require careful analysis and technical knowledge, as well as a sense for what is important for the organization and for the people in and around it. Mastering these abilities is a lifelong endeavor. The Leadership Trek to Mount Everest provides an opportunity to continue your leadership development, exercise your body, and cross-train your mind. It’s a time to reflect on your leadership with others amongst the awe-inspiring peaks of the Himalayas
Location: We trek up through the Sherpa valleys and villages of Khumbu in Nepal, past the Buddhist monastery of Tengboche, where we meet with the Abbot, to a high point on Chukhung Ri, an 18,000-foot peak beneath the two-mile high wall of Lhotse, next to Everest itself and directly across from Ama Dablam, one of the most spectacular peaks in the Himalayas. Watch a short video created with footage taken during past Leadership Treks in Nepal.
