An array of exotic desert plants, animals and massive dunes awaits as you head into the Namib Rand Nature Reserve in four-wheel-drive vehicles. Twyfelfontein, Okahirongo Elephant Lodge & Kaokoland

Fly into Twyfelfontein to visit the rock engravings, a World Heritage Site, before continuing onto Okahirongo Elephant Lodge located in one of the last wild areas in northwestern Namibia. Okahirongo shares this region with the nomadic Himba people. Catch sight of springboks, ostrich and oryx, and track the elusive desert-adapted elephant. Hike along the Uarosib River and enjoy a visit with local Himba families who will share their stories and traditions.
