Gear up for a challenge on this action-packed adventure through boisterous Brazil. This trip takes place on the Green Coast, south of Rio de Janeiro, one of the most strikingly beautiful coastlines in Brazil and home to the Caiçaras people from the local fishing villages. We start with a pristine coastal hike on rain forest trails meandering along some of Brazil’s best tropical beaches with two overnights in local homes in remote fishing villages. After 3 days of hiking, we hang up our boots and take to the water in sea kayaks and stand up paddle boards exploring a mangrove eco-system, a tropical fjord and numerous beaches. In Paraty we leave terra firma and venture on a high-wire adventure trail in the forest canopy for some zip-lining and rappelling.
