Trekking for Health combines a 14 day trek in the picturesque Langtang Region, complete with a doctor controlled daily nutrition regiment. The nutritionist’s input will ensure that the effects of the exercise during the trip will be long lasting. The majority of the foods in the villages of Nepal are organic, and the doctor will determine which combination of foods will benefit you the most. A professional yoga teacher will accompany you on the trek to provide daily instruction on meditation and yoga techniques to further enrich your experience in the Himalayas. Upon completing your trek your hard work is rewarded with a relaxing trip to Chitwan, to participate in a jungle safari and chill out!
Rest assured, you will come back from your trek reinvigorated and feeling healthier than before; ready to start a new purer lifestyle. We then reward you with a luxurious elephant safari holiday at a Jungle Resort in the Chitwan National Park and combine this with some level of meditation or yoga, so that your re-entry into “normal” life will be smooth and perhaps start a new healthier routine.
The basic package includes the Langtang trek which is rich in culture and situated in the third most popular area for trekking in Nepal, unparalleled for its natural beauty. Trekking options to the Annapurna or the Everest Region are also available and will involve slight price modifications to account for the additional transportation charges in these areas.
Health extensions for those who want more exercise includes rafting, mountain biking, paragliding, rock climbing etc.
