Day 1 - Fly to Delhi

Day 2 - Delhi

Meet and assistance on arrival by our representative at Delhi’s International airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at Oberoi Maidens / Imperial**

Day 3 - Delhi

Morning start tour of Old Delhi visiting Red Fort , Jama Masjid (Mosque) & Chandni Chowk “Moonlit Street,” Old Delhi’s main street and colorful shopping bazaar. Later drive down the spectacular Rajpath “the Kingsway,” passing the India Gate (the memorial built to honour the unknown soldiers), the President’s House, and the House of Parliament. Also visit the Humayun’s Tomb. Overnight at Oberoi Maidens / Imperial

Day 4 - Delhi / Shekhawati

Drive to Shekhawati region (250 Kms,5-6 hours). Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Roop Niwas / Desert Resort Mandawa**

Day 5 - Shekhawati

Morning proceed for sightseeing tour of Shekhawati region visiting Havelies ( mansions ) of Nawalgarh & Mandawa.

Shekhawati is the homeland of many Marwari families. The ‘garden of Shekha’ was named after Rao Shekhaji of Amarsar. The Rajputs lavishly decorated their houses with paintings on religious, folk and historical themes. The magnificent painted Shekhawati havelis in present-day form an “open-air art gallery”  which are open to visitors.

Day 6 - Shekhawati / Bikaner

Drive to Bikaner in the morning (170 Kms,3-4 hours). Afternoon guided tour Bikaner including Junagarh Fort and Lalgarh Palace Museum wing. Overnight at Bhanwar Niwas / Gajner Palace**

Day 7 - Bikaner / Jaisalmer

Morning drive to Jaisalmer (7-8 hours). stay at Rawalkot.

Day 8 - Jaisalmer / Manvar

Morning drive to Manvar Desert Camp (180 Kms, 3-4 hours). Evening sunset camel safari. Later enjoy camp fire & dinner with folk entertainment.Overnight at Manvar Tents

Day 9 - Manvar / Rohet

Drive to Jodhpur this morning (110 Kms, 2-3 hours) Jodhpur is on the eastern fringe of the Thar Desert and serves as the gateway to the wonderland of sand dunes and shrubs, rocky terrain and thorny trees. Tour of Mehrangarh fort and Old City.

Evening drive to Rohet Garh (40 Kms, 1 hour).Overnight at Fort Rohet Garh

Day 10 - Rohet

After breakfast proceed for Bishnoi tribal village Safari by jeep. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Rohet Garh

Day 11 - Rohet / Udaipur

Drive to Udaipur via Ranakpur Temples (280 Kms, 5-6 hours). Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Fateh Prakash Palace Hotel / Udaivilas**

Day 12 - Udaipur

Morning guided tour of Udaipur visiting City Palace museum and Saheliyon ki bari - a pleasure garden constructed for the ladies of the palace on day 12 of Explore Rajasthan Tour. Evening Sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola Sail through sylvan spots, waft along with a gentle zephyr, in the most romantic of places. Overnight at Fateh Prakash Palace Hotel / Udaivilas

Day 13 - Udaipur / Deogarh

Late morning Drive to Deogarh (135 Kms, 3-4 hours). Afternoon at leisure. Stay at Deogarh Mahal

Day 14 - Deogarh

Day at leisure (Optional activities include experience vintage car cultural safari, 1930’s local train ride, walking in the hills, cycling or ayurveda spa treatments). Stay at Deogarh Mahal

Day 15 - Deogarh / Jaipur

Morning Drive to Jaipur (275 Kms, 5-6 hours). Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Samode Haveli / Rajvilas**

Day 16 - Jaipur

Full day guided city tour visiting the majestic Amber fort, City Palace and its Museum (a part of the Palace still remains the residence of the Jaipur royal family), the Jantar Mantar, an 18th century observatory, and the legendary Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds)on day 16 of Explore Rajasthan Tour. Overnight at hotel

Day 17 - Jaipur / Agra

Drive to Agra enroute visiting the deserted mughal capital city of Fatehpur Sikri(230 Kms, 5-6 hours).

Agra is the home of the Taj Mahal - one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A mausoleum for Empress Mumtaz Mahal, built by her beloved husband Shah Jehan, the Taj Mahal is often described as a ‘dream in marble’.

Day 18 - Agra / Delhi / Departure

Morning visit Taj Mahal at Sunrise and after breakfast visit Agra Fort. Agra Fort on the Western bank of the River Yamuna, Akbar’s magnificent fort dominates the centre of the city.

Later drive to Delhi airport (200 Kms, 4-5 hours) to board onwards International flight.
