Itinerary

Arrive India’s capital city of Delhi. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to the Taj Mahal Hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 2
Travel overland to Jaipur, and the Taj Rambagh Palace Hotel. A champagne walking tour of the hotel introduces you to the romance of Rajasthan.
DAY 3
This morning, explore the Pink City of Jaipur touring the City Palace and the fascinating outdoor Jantar Mantar Observatory. Visit the Central Museum and drive past the Palace of Winds. A car and driver are at your disposal for the remainder of the day for shopping or whatever you choose within the city.
DAY 4
Travel overland to Jodhpur and check in to the Taj Umaid Bhavan Palace Hotel. A car and driver are at your disposal for the remainder of the day for shopping or whatever you choose within the city.
DAY 5
This morning, explore this ancient city dating back to the 15th century. Watched over by the massive Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur known as the ‘Blue City’ offers much that is fascinating.
DAY 6
Travel overland to Udaipur, stopping en-route to visit the Ranakpur Temples, where a local guide will take you through this stunning complex in the heart of the beautiful Aravalli Hills. After lunch at Maharani Bagh, continue to Udaipur and the iconic Taj Lake Palace Hotel.
DAY 7
This morning, a tour of the lake city of Udaipur will reveal a traditional Rajput town that is picturesque A car and driver are at your disposal for the remainder of the day for shopping or exploring the city.
DAY 8
This morning fly to Hyderabad, a bustling 400 year old metropolitan city blending north and south Indian identities. Stay at the Taj Falaknuma Palace, the former guest house of Nizam Mehboob Ali Khan. This evening join a tour of the Palace guided by the hotel historian.
DAY 9
This morning, your sightseeing tour will include Salarjung Museum, Chowmohalla Palace, the arched gate of Charminar and the largest mosque of south India, Mecca Masjid. After shopping at the Laad Bazar (famous for pearls, fabrics and lacquer bangles), enjoy traditional Sufi Qawwali’s musical performance on the terrace of Falaknuma Palace.
DAY 10
This morning, after checking out of your hotel, you will visit the commanding Golconda Fort, dating back to the 13th century, and later tour the graceful Qutub Shahi Tombs. Relax at your palace hotel for the remainder of the day and evening. Later transfer to Hyderabad airport to board flight for Mumbai. On arrival, you check in at The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel.
DAY 11
This morning, your tour of the city includes the Prince of Wales Museum, The Gateway of India, The Hanging Gardens and Gandhi’s Residence. After checking out of the hotel, you proceed to your onward destination.
