Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival
Our driver will meet you at
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and drive you to Swiss Lenana Mount Hotel in Nairobi for your overnight
stay.
Day 2 - Nairobi
You will spend the day at David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and Giraffe Center.
David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, DSWT, is the most successful orphan-elephant
rescue and rehabilitation program in the world and one of the pioneering
conservation organizations for wildlife and habitat protection in East Africa.
DSWT is open for visitors daily from 11am until noon. During this time the
orphans arrive for their midday mud bath and feeding. The perfect way to get up
close and personal with baby elephants and support important conservation work.

Cuteness overload! Continue your day with a visit to the Giraffe Center.
This Environmental Conservation Centre is dedicated to conservation of the
endangered Rothschild Giraffe. Feed (and even kiss!) the tallest animals on
earth. Take a stroll, or hike if you’re up to it, on a serene 1.5-kilometre
nature trail with sightings of birds, dikdiks and squirrels. Enjoy some
refreshments at the Tea House. In the afternoon drive back to Swiss Lenana Mount Hotel.
Day 3 - Nairobi - Masai Mara
You will be picked up from your accommodation in Nairobi around 7 am. You
will drive to the Masai Mara for afternoon and evening game drives. Arrive at for
dinner and overnight stay at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge.
The Masai Mara covers 1,510 sq km which borders
Tanzania and the Serengeti. You can find all members of the Big 5 here – lion,
leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinos.
Day 4 - Masai Mara
You will spend a full day in the Masai Mara game reserve. You will drive
across the plains in search of the big cats (black manned lions, cheetahs and
leopards) with picnic lunch served at the Mara River site. Dinner and overnight
stay at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge.
Day 5 - Masai Mara - Serengeti
You will enjoy an early morning game drive in Masai Mara before you
drive to the Tanzanian border and Isebania gate where our driver-guide will
wait for you. After border and visa formalities, you will start your drive
towards your accommodation with game drive along the way. Early evening, you
will arrive for your dinner and overnight stay at Mara Tingitana Tented Camp.
Day 6 - Serengeti
Today you start driving towards the central part of Serengeti with game
drive along the way. You will arrive for your dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Heritage Luxury Camp.
Serengeti National
Park is arguably the best well known wildlife sanctuary in the world. It has
the most spectacular of all game drives including the famous great migration.
The Serengeti covers 14,750 sq km which means there is endless space to find
the Big 5.
Day 7 - Serengeti - Ngorongoro
You will enjoy an early morning sunrise game drive in Serengeti. After
the game drive you will return to camp for breakfast. After breakfast, you will
start driving towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Game drives along the way as
you enter Ngorongoro. Dinner and overnight stay at Rhino Lodge.
Day 8 - Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, you will descend into the crater for game
drives. Lunch will take place in a location at the crater floor. In the
afternoon ascend the crater and start your drive to Arusha and arrive at Villa Poa for your dinner
and overnight stay.
Ngorongoro Crater covers approximately 260 sq km and its walls rise to
heights of 600 meters from the crater floor. The crater always manages to take
your breath away as you stand on its rim and look down at the 10 mile wide
crater floor. It is estimated that 30,000 animals live in the crater making it
the most intensive wildlife viewing
Day 9 - Departure Day
Your driver will drive you to the airport to catch your flight
