Tim Race Tim Race heads up operations in Africa from our base in Botswana. Tim is a fourth generation Zimbabwean who grew up in Southern Africa. After completing his higher education in Britain he returned to Botswana to establish Africa Insight, our family business. He has been active in promoting Botswana tourism internationally and has recently assisted a parliamentary sub-committee looking into the future of tourism in Botswana. Tims knowledge of local customs, social issues and environmental concerns has made Africa Insight the operator of choice for international media visiting Botswana. Christopher Race Christopher Race is Africa Insight's chairman. He was born and raised in Zimbabwe and has life long experience of the ecology, wildlife and wilderness areas of Africa. Speaking several African languages and widely travelled, he was engaged in Malawi's peaceful transition to democracy as a UN observer to both the referendum and the nations first democratic elections. Christopher has been leading Expeditions into Africa for over twenty-five years.
