Western Spirit's mountain bike trips roll mostly through Utah's Canyonlands and other rugged regions of the lower 48, but Canada, Costa Rica, and Mexico are also fair game. The outfit's handful of road rides are not for the faint of heart, including a quad-killer in the Rockies and a California wine tour with far more hills than tasting rooms.
