“Scotland’s mountain bike holiday experts!” Highlands and Islands Adventures are a mountain bike holiday specialist based in the Scottish Highlands, the new ‘must visit mountain biking destination’. We offer all-mountain and cross-country mountain bike holidays in remote areas on the Isle of Skye, in Torridon, Fort William and the Cairngorms. We’ve researched and hand-picked the most exciting routes against the most exhilarating back-drops to deliver a high quality product that has seen us deliver complete customer satisfaction year on year. At H&I Adventures we’ve spent a lot of time in the saddle on the Highland trails to find the most challenging climbs, mouth-watering descents and sweetest singletrack that this part of the world has to offer. We have one of the world’s most amazing natural mountain bike parks on our doorstep, and we know it like the back of our hands, which means we can show our clients the very best of the best. Our trips take place in the remotest areas of Scotland, but we don’t sacrifice the creature comforts – what would be the point of putting in all that riding if you couldn’t enjoy the fruits of your labours? So we hand-pick the accommodation, restaurants and select locally sourced produce, in order to support the local communities that we pass through and to ensure our clients get the highest quality Scottish hospitality on offer. The H&I Adventures team is made up of riders who are experts in their fields, superb guides and genuinely nice people. Their passion for mountain biking and for the Highlands and Islands is truly infectious and they’re completely committed to responsible tourism and making sure that our business is run as sustainably as possible, not to mention making sure that you have an excellent holiday both on and off the bike.

With all the accommodation and routes provided, pleasant pace to the riding with lots of stops to admire the views and chat, this was one of our best ever mountain bike trips. Euan is very easy to get along with despite his links with mountain biking royalty
