Our family owned and operated Colorado mountain ranch is located halfway between Vail and Steamboat Springs in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.  Your week long vacation  package includes lodging, all meals, unlimited horseback riding with instruction, an over night pack trip, a long horn cattle drive EVERY week, whitewater rafting, fly and spin fishing, rifle and trap shooting, archery and a trip to the local rodeo.  There are NO HIDDEN OR EXTRA FEES for any of our activities.  We own all our horses and take pride in finding the right horse for each rider - whether it is a gentle seasoned mount for the novice or a more spirited ranch horse for the experienced rider.  AND YES,  WE LET YOU LOPE!
We offer private cabins with hand hewn log beds and incredible views.  Our SALOON is fully licensed and a great place to gather after a ride or for an evening of entertainment and story swapping.  Our meals vary from cookouts in the wilderness to gourmet in the lodge and we always serve COMPLIMENTARY WINE with dinner.  Relax with a massage after riding or take a dip in our heated pool or in one of the ranch hot tubs.
RATHER THAN A RIGID ITINERARY we strive to offer our activities in the most flexible way possible.  We want you to choose what you want to do, when you want to do it, and whom you want to do it with.  We encourage families to ride together but also offer kid's programs and activities.  Teens will never be bored here and singles will find this is a great place to hang out and make new friends.

Itinerary

Ranch Dining

Our meals vary from cookouts in the wilderness  (watch out for Jimmy's killer Margaritas in Pack Camp) to gourmet in the lodge.  Chef Kris will tempt you with hearty breakfasts featuring all fresh and home baked goodies, our never empty cookie jar in the lodge is always a hit.   Our dinner fare varies each night, you can always expect several entree choices each night (vegetarians no problem) and we do serve complimentary wine with dinner.

Ranch Activities

We strive to offer our activities in the most flexible way possible, we want YOU to choose what you want to do, when YOU want to do it and with whom YOU want to do it with.  Unlimited horseback riding, instruction, over night pack trip, longhorn cattle drive EVERY WEEK, whitewater rafting, fly and spin fishing, rifle and trap shooting, archery and a trip to the local rodeo.  We encourage families to ride together but also offer kid's programs and activities.
