You’ll visit conservancies owned by local communities who provide a fantastic launching ground for guests to enjoy game viewing and authentic cultural experiences. Enjoy a variety of activities from night and day game drives, nature walks, cultural visits, sundowners, and more. Game drives will take place in national parks & reserves and on private concessions. The camps are small and authentic with rustic charm combined with creature comforts.

Itinerary

Day 1 – NAIROBI: Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to Southern Sun Mayfair Hotel.  Overnight here.

Day 2 – AMBOSELI (SELENKAY CONSERVANCY): After breakfast you will transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Amboseli Airstrip. Upon arrival you will be transferred to Porini Amboseli Camp. Enjoy lunch in the shade of the camps Acacia Tortillis trees. Enjoy a walk with Maasai warriors in the afternoon ending at a local village for an authentic cultural experience. Proceed for an afternoon game drive returning to camp for dinner and overnight. (B, L, D, Dr)

Day 3 – AMBOSELI (SELENKAY CONSERVANCY): After breakfast, game drive in Amboseli National Park returning later for lunch. In the afternoon, game drive in the Slenekay Consercancy followed by a night game drive to look for nocturnal animals. Overnight Porini Camp. (B, L, D, Dr)

Days 4 – 5 - NANYUKI (OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY): After breakfast, you will be transferred by light aircraft to Porini Rhino Camp, located in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in the foothills of Mount Kenya. You will have lunch and afternoon tea in camp before heading off to look for rhino. Enjoy two days of game drives, night drives and walks in the area.  You’ll also have the opportunity to visit the Chimpanzee sanctuary. Overnights Porini Rhino Camp. (B, L, D, Dr)

Day 6 – MASAI MARA (OL KINYEI CONSERVANCY): After breakfast, you will be transferred by light aircraft to Porini Mara Camp, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you will go on a game drive in Ol Kinyei Conservancy return to camp before sunset for dinner and overnight. (B, L, D, Dr)

Day 7 – MASAI MARA (OL KINYEI CONSERVANCY): Awake to the natural sounds of the Mara’s birdlife. After an early breakfast drive to into the Masai Mara Game Reserve for a full morning of game viewing on the lookout for the Big Five! Following a picnic lunch in the park, return to Porini Mara Camp in the late afternoon for game driving in Ol Kinyei Conservancy. Dinner and overnight at camp. *Optional balloon safari and champagne breakfast (extra cost). (B, L, D, Dr)

Day 8 – MASAI MARA (OLARE OROK CONSERVANCY): Spend a full day in the Mara Reserve or in the exclusive Ol Kinyei and Olare Orok Canservancies which are home to over 60 lions and other big game.  Activities include guided bush walks, day and night game drives in open sided 4x4’s with qualified guide and spotter. Overnight Porini Mara Camp.  (B, L, D, Dr)

Day 9 – MASAI MARA/FLIGHTS: Enjoy an early morning game drive or guided bush walk before a light aircraft flight back to Nairobi where you will catch your flight home. (B)
