A superb combination of expedition training and luxury. Develop off road riding skills under the careful supervision of experienced ex service personnel and other well qualified instructors. Designed for those who want a truly challenging riding adventure, but with the efficiency of personal attention. Our private courses located in Worcestershire provide expedition training for clients preparing to undertake their own long distance motorcycle adventures. Our expedition instructors are highly experienced and selected for their ability to convey their knowledge. In addition the advanced off road riding will be done by up to two experienced Dakar Rally competitors. Having access to four large training areas, access to two UK National Parks and highly experienced guides, this training is meant to be successful.

    "We are back and we had a wonderful trip. Everything was perfectly organized, with the right balance between time with a guide and free time. We were very lucky with the weather, no rain at all except for a 20 minutes thunderstorm in Dalat. Halong Bay was very clear all the time although it is supposed to be foggy during the day. The Metropole was perfect, the best breakfasts ever, the boat, Jasmine, wonderful and we were only 14 people instead of 44…,the Palm Garden in Hoi An very nice, the Ana Mandara in Nha Trang, pure Heaven, the Sofitel in Dalat beautiful, almost empty and a very friendly staff."

Day 1 Ledbury

Ledbury is a town in Herefordshire, England, lying east of Hereford, and south of the Malvern Hills. Today, Ledbury is a thriving market town in rural England. The town has a large number of timber framed buildings, in particular along Church Lane. One of Ledbury's most outstanding buildings is the Market House, located in the centre of the town. Other notable buildings in the area include the parish church, the Painted Room (containing sixteenth century frescoes), and Eastnor Castle.

Ledbury in Herefordshire is situated within a few miles of many historic places of interest, including Hereford, Worcester, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Malvern. The black and white exterior of The Feathers Hotel (4*) dominates Ledbury's main street. Originally known as The Plume of Feathers, the present building dates back to at least 1564. The Feathers has twenty-two individually styled bedrooms with private bathroom and all the facilities you might require to relax in comfort after a day in the countryside. Quills Restaurant is situated at the front of the hotel looking out to the bustling market town of Ledbury, Herefordshire and provides the setting for an intimate dining room. Fuggles, named after the hop variety, is their popular, bustling Brasserie and has earned an AA rosette for traditional and modern British cooking. Day 2 Malvern

The Malvern Hills are a range of hills in the English counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and a small area of northern Gloucestershire, dominating the surrounding countryside and the towns and villages of the district of Malvern. The highest summit of the hills affords a panorama of the Severn valley with the hills of Herefordshire and the Welsh mountains, parts of thirteen counties, the Bristol Channel, and the cathedrals of Worcester, Gloucester and Hereford. The Malvern Hills have been designated by the Countryside Agency as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is the most popular free tourist attraction in the West Midlands.

Training with your expert moto guide on a private course in Malvern Hills. Starting with an introduction of the safety briefing, expedition planning as well as basic information about the Kit and Equipment necessary for the expedition. During the course you will also learn about survival skills such as personal protection, first aid or other useful information related with expeditions planning. In the afternoon check kit and depart for outdoor training. Upon arrival in the high wood training area, your personal escort will guide you and show you basic tips to build a shelter and use of the ropes. End the night with a delicious meal (Field Cooking), while your guide will summarize for you the training key points.

Enjoy your night in the overnight camp as part of the motorcycle expedition training. Enjoy your night in the shelter you build for the night and get ready for a fun night.

Day 3 Ledbury

Training with your expert moto guide on Malvern Training Area.. Starting with breakfast and packing, safety briefing, basic off road skills, braking, balance and anticipation - the course advances to gravel and dirt routes with cornering exercises and road management. A briefing area is set up in a forest glade to review progress and set up the next exercises. During the Off Road introduction training you will be delivered with a 125 CC trail bike. In the afternoon return to the lecture room for a course review and film.

Day 4 Ledbury

Another day of training in one of the four training areas around Malvern Hills. A day of more advanced tuition at a selection of areas with challenging routes and trails. You have the opportunity to improve your skills covered over both days - braking, steep ascents/descents, clutch control, riding obstacles, varied track surfaces, water crossing, route selection. A KT 400/600 bike, clothing and equipment are included in the training. Late in the afternoon return to your hotel.

Day 5 Ledbury

Enjoy your last day of expedition training held at one of the most spectacular off road training areas in the grounds of Eastnor Castle with specialist instructors and selection of new vehicles. Day course covering - vehicle safety checks, vehicle controls deep mud, crossing obstacles, steep ascent/descent, route selection.

Day 6 Ledbury

Enjoy a guided walk on the Malvern Hills (Iron Age Hill Fort), a visit to a castle or cathedral (the historic cities of Worcester, Hereford and Gloucester are nearby) or the historic docks at Bristol before you leave for the airport.
