Five are the towns-provinces of Apulia, each different from the other one because of origins, history, territory and traditions. Five different ways of looking at Apulia and to discover its more authentic soul.
Bari, the main province, is still extremely tied to its own historical origins and old traditions but, at the same time, it shows a great versatility to all what is new and modern.
Foggia is situated in that territory of Apulia historically better identified as Daunia and it has noble and proud origins.
Taranto lies in a little port in the Ionian Sea and it's surrounded by the two seas which made it famous: the Little Sea and the Big Sea. The Golden Collection kept in the National Archeological Museum is worthy to be seen.
Lecce, in the heart of the Salentine territory, is an explotion of art and beauty which take everybody's breath away: it's difficult not to notice the skill of the stone-dressers in giving a shape to the stone of the baroque churches and palaces.
Brindisi is our last destination, the ancient Roman port where it's possible to admire the Door of Templari. It doesn't regret the glory of the past but it keeps it up with dignity and proud.
