The multiday skiing excursions imply that you have to sleep in mountain lodges with minimum facilities. Although the mountain lodges have its special charm and coziness, you will have the opportunity to treat yourself with an excellent patagonic cuisine while enjoying a chat with friends at the warmness of a fireplace. These trips include: transfer with 4x4 vehicles, meals (dinner, lunchbox, chocolates and snacks) guide and assistant (1 every 3 people), touring skis with seal skin Bieps /Arva and crampons.

Itinerary
Day one:
We start our hike at the foot of cerro Catedral from Villa Catedral on the usual trail to Refugio Frey. After 5 hours walk we get to Frey. (including stopovers for lunch and snacks). At the lodge we have dinner (some good pasta, fondue, etc.). There is also an option that we recommend instead of hiking the usual trail we take the ski lift to the top of cerro Catedral and we tour over the Van Titter valley to the joint of Van Titter and Toncek stream, after lunch we go up to the refugio Frey ( approx.. 5 Hs)
Day two:
Breakfast at 8:30 am. After getting ready the gear we start our way to Refugio San Martín or Jakob. For this touring we have to walk up to the edge of Catedral mountain and then descend to the west to the Rucaco valley. We go across this valley and then up to the Cerro Brecha Negra, from where we descend on its west face to the Refugio Gral. San Martín. In all this touring we will make several stopovers to rest and for lunch, snacks, etc. This is about 7 hour hiking and skiing. After we arrive to the Refugio we have a cooked meal and rest to start fresh the following day.
Day three:
after breakfast at 8:30 am we start our way back through the Rucaco Valley to the end of the trail where will be the van waiting for us. Including stopovers for lunch and snacks this will take us about 7 hs. The van will take to your hotel.
