One of the most stunning natural spectacles in the world, Iguazú Falls stretches a full mile across the Rio Iguazú, with 275 falls plunging hundreds of feet in a mist-shrouded subtropical landscape. The cascades form part of the Iguazú National Park, known for more than 400 different species of birds. Paths, footbridges, and zodiacs can reach the Falls.

Itinerary

Day 1:           Buenos Aires / Iguazú Falls

Buenos Aires to Iguazú, arriving the afternoon. You may decide to relax on the grounds of the hotel or choose optional excursions: mountain bike rides, boat crossings to San Martin Island, or hikes along the many trails around the falls.

Overnight Sheraton hotel, jungle view room with breakfast.  (B)

Day 2:           Tour Argentine Side of Iguazú Falls

Enjoy a full-day tour of the Argentine side of the falls, including hiking the lower and upper trails of the falls and a visit to San Martin Island. Options for boat trip to the base of the falls or other excursions available within the area (additional cost).

 Day 3: Optional Morning Tour, Late Afternoon Flight to Buenos Aires
