Day 1: SATURDAY
Meet in Paris for transfer to ‘Elisabeth,’ moored in the village of Tanlay. After a welcome champagne reception, settle in on board or enjoy a stroll in town. Begin the chocolate-filled week with an irresistible dessert after a delicious dinner this evening.

Day 2: SUNDAY
This morning, cruise to Lezinnes to visit the romantic Château d'Ancy-le-Franc . Taste some of the local Tonneroise wines before another wonderful dinner on board the barge this evening.

Day 3: MONDAY
Cruise to Ancy-le-Franc today for a pleasant drive to the picturesque town of Chablis for a wine tasting and visit to a chocolaterie to taste the delicious "Pillars of Chablis.' Continue to medieval Noyers, a beautiful fortified village with half-timbered houses and cobbled streets. Return to 'Elisabeth' for leisure time in the lovely village of Ancy-le-Franc.

Day 4: TUESDAY
Begin the day with a leisurely cruise to Ravières to visit the Grottes d'Arcy-sur-Cure, a prehistoric site with some of the oldest cave paintings in the world. Tonight's dinner is followed by another sensational chocolate creation.

Day 5: WEDNESDAY
This morning, ‘Elisabeth’ cruises an especially scenic route to Montbard. After lunch, visit Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most complete Cistercian monastery in France. Tonight’s on-board demonstration is an instruction in the making of tiny chocolate petit fours.

Day 6: THURSDAY
Today's cruise to Venarey-les-Laumes offers fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. Lunch is in the hilltop village of Flavigny (where the film Chocolat was made). Time permitting, enjoy a tasting at the winery of Flavigny Alesia before visiting the site of Alesia, with its Roman ruins and amphitheater dating from 345 BC. This evening's captain's dinner includes a final gourmet chocolate delight.
