Over the next 4 nights you will have the opportunity to explore Tropical North Queensland. The region is known for its outdoor lifestyle and range of activities offered all year round. The original Kuranda Scenic Railway is a spectacular journey comprising unsurpassed views of dense rainforest, steep ravines and picturesque waterfalls. This famous railway winds its way on a journey of approximately one hour 45 minutes from Cairns to Kuranda, the village in the rainforest.

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway is a unique rainforest experience taking you on an unforgettable journey over Australia's World Heritage protected Tropical Rainforests. Nowhere else on earth do two World Heritage listed sites sit side by side -The Great Barrier Reef and Australia’s Tropical Rainforests.

These two areas are renowned for their scientific value and beauty and this region brings them to life better than anywhere else. You may like to visit the township Port Douglas and take a stroll along four mile beach.

A one full day private guided tour to Cape Tribulation and the Daintree Rainforest is included with Down Under By Appointment.

Day 6 - 8 - Lizard Island

Sadly depart the Sebel Reef House and connect with your scheduled flight to Lizard Island. Over the next 3 nights you will be able to explore this island escape.

Outstanding in every respect, the unique pleasures of Lizard Island have created Australia's northernmost resort with colourful coral reefs and 24 powdery white beaches.

Sensational diving opportunities abound around this Marine National Park, including the famous Cod Hole, where you'll come face to face with a massive, yet curious Potato Cod swimming right up to inspect you with child-like curiosity.

Snorkellers are rewarded for little effort with coral gardens, brightly coloured tropical fish and giant clams just moments from the island's beaches. Discover secluded, pristine beaches by foot or by motorised dinghy with a gourmet picnic just for two. Fishing enthusiasts can charter the "Fascination" for a day of exhilarating game fishing. glass bottom boat trip, or perhaps indulge in the serenity and relaxation of a pampering treatment at the luxurious Azure Spa.

Dining is one of Lizard Island’s many pleasures. Osprey's Restaurant embodies the Resort's understated elegance. The menu, which changes daily, is fresh and creative, showcasing the finest local produce and freshest seafood.
