8:30  Marcia, a food writer, takes you through one of our best morning markets to choose fresh local ingredients for the recipes you’ll prepare in class.
10:30  Back at our ancient village house, Andrew, artist and restaurant-trained cook, leads us in a fun, hands-on class where you’ll prepare an entrée, main dish, dessert, and a little something extra to take with you.
12:30  Sit down to a long, lively lunch, with our ‘bottomless’ carafe of regional wines, entertaining travel tales and insights into French life and culture.
