Itinerary

Day 1-2 — Victoria Falls
River Club

Upon your morning arrival at Johannesburg International Airport, you will be met and transferred to a scheduled flight bound for Livingstone. Here, you will collect your belongings and be driven to The River Club, set among lush riverine vegetation with a rich Edwardian flavor. At The River Club, you will enjoy the sights and sounds of Victoria Falls and the Zambezi River in a peaceful and tranquil setting away from large crowds. Your open-front room will have fantastic views of the large Zambezi River, which flows straight to the beautiful Victoria Falls. Victoria Falls is one of the seven "Natural Wonders of the World," and is arguably the greatest waterfall anywhere!

Day 3-5 — Moremi Game Reserve
Chitabe

After two nights at The River Club, you will be transferred back to Livingstone where you will board your chartered flight to Chitabe. This camp is located in an exclusive photographic reserve alongside the Moremi Game Reserve. Chitabe is built on raised walkways and elevated wooden decks, surrounded by ancient ebony, leadwood, and sausage trees. A variety of habitats make up the area, including waterways and marshlands, dry acacia and mopane woodland, riverine areas, open grasslands and seasonally flooded plains. With activities such as morning and evening game drives and nature walks, you are bound too see a variety of wildlife, including elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, and cheetah. The rare sightings of wild dog are also found in this area.

Day 6-8 — Okavango Delta
Kwetsani Camp

After a wonderful breakfast you will board your flight to Kwetsani Camp. Kwetsani Camp is a five roomed luxury tented camp located in a private reserve west of the Moremi Game Reserve. The large elongated island on which Kwetsani is built is heavily wooded, cool and shady and is one of the most remote camps in the entire Okavango Delta. The camp overlooks an enormous floodplain dotted with Lechwe and Wildebeest. Guests can lie in their rooms, or in the pool, and watch the animals in front of the camp. All the Okavango’s large predators are found here. Activities include mokoroing, walking on palm-fringed islands and game drives during the day and night.

Day 9 — Windhoek

This morning you will find yourself bound for Namibia. Upon arrival into Windhoek you will be transferred to Windhoek Country Club. Luxuriously decorated in hues and patterns inspired by the neighboring Namib desert, the hotel caters for every whim of the most discerning guest.

Day 10-12 — Namib Naukluft Park
Little Kulala

Today you will fly to the Sossosvlei Airstrip and transfered to Little Kulala which is situated on a large private reserve, bordering the Namib Naukluft Park, in the heart of the Namib. The camp offers magnificent views of the famous red dunes of Sossusvlei, mountainous scenery and vast open plains. Little Kulala has eight thatched and canvas chalets of Kulalas, each built on a wooden platform to provide maximum airflow. The main lodge has a lounge, bar, dining area and plunge pool, with a view of the dunes. The verandah overlooks a waterhole. Early morning guided game drives to the spectacular dunes are through a private gate on the Tsauchab River. Game drives and walks are also offered on the private reserve. The beauty of Ongava also lies in a vast array of plant life and vegetation, including the Mopane woodlands - unique to this part of Namibia. Large herds of plains game concentrate around the waterholes in the dry season making for exciting game viewing. For those who enjoy close wildlife encounters, tracking white rhino on foot with an armed guide is a highlight not to be missed!
