Volunteers arrive in Buenos Aires for a two-day orientation.  The orientation is included in the program fee.  After the orientation, volunteers travel to Cordoba City to begin the volunteer project in Villa Allende.  Villa Allende is a small city located approximately 20 minutes by bus from Cordoba City.

As a GeoVisions volunteer it is possible to:

    * Work with, take care of and play with disadvantaged or impoverished children, under the guidance of the Center’s staff.
    * Take part in different projects such as organizing recreational activities or day trips.
    * Help take part in repair projects or construction of new facilities.
    * Help with current administrative tasks.
    * Help in the kitchen and serve lunch in the dining room.
    * Teach basic English.
    * Develop creative programs such as art, music, dance, etc.
