Meet our local representative on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha Hotel (approximately 45 minutes)
In the heart of this historical town, lays the well-renowned Arusha Hotel. A sparkling renaissance of its old self, where timeless elegance, luxurious facilities and personalized services are combined to create an unforgettable experience. The hotel offers 65 rooms including executive twins with 2 queen size beds, executive singles with a single queen size, deluxe rooms with a king size and suites with king size four poster beds. Some rooms over- look the gardens whilst others overlook the bustling town. These rooms are ideal for families, business travelers, group and incentive travel or simply for those craving a little luxury before and after their safari. All guest rooms include the following facilities: a direct dial telephone with a data port for internet access, writing desk, hair dryer, mineral water, electronic safe and tea / coffee making facilities. At the Arusha Hotel, you will find yourself tempted by the wide variety of international, local, and Asian dishes. Choosing will be anything but easy. Here, at the entrance to the Highlands, midway between Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater, five kilometres from the village of Karatu, is Gibb's Farm. Gibb's Farm is an oasis of green, calm and beauty, in a landscape that can often be parched, dry and dusty. The Farm offers 20 twin rooms with en suite bathrooms set among the gardens. The main facilities, consisting of a sitting room, reading room, dining room (which serves fresh, home-cooked meals), bar and gift shop, are situated in the old farmhouse. In cooler evenings, relax by the fireside, but most of the time you will want to be outside, enjoying the gardens, the view or the night sky. When you are ready, come in for dinner. Coffee is grown, processed and roasted on the farm and a vast ten-acre fruit and organic vegetable garden provides nearly all the fruit and vegetables to the guests, who wake up to fresh coffee, a multitude of flowers and breathtaking views. Dinner begins at 7:30 every night with a set four -course meal served to your table. Always included is homemade bread and rolls, an interesting starter such as banana rice, followed by soup and then a main course of meat, three different farm fresh vegetables and a green salad. Don't forget to save room for desert, followed by tea or Gibb's Farm coffee! Gibb’s Farm provides a welcome stop on any safari, and a base from which to enjoy the many activities available in the foothills of the Ngorongoro Crater. Even if your stay is short, find time for a gentle walk or tour of the gardens.

Grumeti Reserves is located adjacent to the Western Corridor of the Serengeti, bordering the national park, and encompasses 400,000 acres of unrivalled wilderness. The area forms part of the famous migratory route, which is travelled by hundreds of thousands of animals every year. Faru Faru River Lodge is built on a gently sloping hill, overlooking a waterhole and the Grumeti River. It is built in the style of a classic East African safari camp, with the suites and lodge areas decorated as a throwback to the timeless Colonial era. Each of the six air-conditioned suites feature a picture window and deck, with your own Swarovski spotting scope, from which you can enjoy the rugged landscape, whilst at the same time, the luxurious comfort of your suite. The lodge area offers a lounge and dining room, elevated viewing decks, heated plunge pool, spa and Colonial Trading Post. Walks from Faru Faru along the Grumeti River, with its unrivalled spectrum of fauna and flora, are an unforgettable experience. Game drives and walks can be enjoyed accompanied by professional guides - the most experienced in East Africa, whilst other activities include archery, lawn croquet, mountain biking, equestrian pursuits, and hot air ballooning. The Equestrian Centre is situated adjacent to Sasakwa Lodge, and is home to sixteen horses.. More experienced riders can enjoy outrides onto the Serengeti plains. Tack is English style, and guests have the choice of either English or Western saddles. Grumeti Reserves is a family friendly reserve, and children over the age of twelve are welcome at Faru Faru. Twice daily scheduled flights are available from Arusha, and private charters can be arranged, all of which land at Sasakwa Airstrip, located a few minutes from Sasakwa Lodge, and a comfortable drive through the Grumeti wilderness to Faru Faru.

Game drive transfer from Faru Faru River Lodge to Sabora Plains Tented Camp
Sabora Plains Tented Camp is situated on the Serengeti plains, beautifully decorated in grand campaign 1920s style. The six lavish tents are air-conditioned and feature a bedroom and reading area, bathroom with bath and outdoor shower, viewing deck with your own Swarovski spotting scope, and a library lounge tent. The camp also has a dining room, lounge, wide viewing deck, heated plunge pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, spa and Colonial Trading Post. Game drives and walks can be enjoyed accompanied by a professional guide - the most experienced in East Africa, whilst other activities include archery, lawn croquet, mountain biking, equestrian pursuits, and hot air ballooning. The Equestrian Centre is situated adjacent to Sasakwa Lodge, and is home to sixteen horses. The Centre includes a lunging arena, fenced paddock, and a walled 2.7 kilometre riding track, which can also be used for walking and jogging. More experienced riders can enjoy outrides onto the Serengeti plains. Tack is English style, and guests have the choice of either English or Western saddles. Grumeti Reserves is a family friendly reserve, and they welcome mature and responsible children to Sabora. Twice daily scheduled flights are available from Arusha, and private charters can be arranged, all of which land at Sasakwa airstrip, located a few minutes from Sasakwa Lodge, and a comfortable drive through the Grumeti wilderness to Sabora.
