We've taken one of our most popular adventures and created an
introductory trip perfect for first time mountain bikers. The Grand
Canyon National Park is your host as you learn new skills and meet new
friends, all the while enjoying the natural grandeur of the canyon. Our
tour begins on back roads through huge ponderosa forests and shimmering
aspen groves enroute to an unspoiled panorama of the grand canyon few
have witnessed: the East Rim View!
Our campsite perched upon the edge of the Kaibab Plateau provides us
with extraordinary views and the perfect starting point for riding, and
hiking along the rim. Crossing to the west side of the plateau, we camp
next to one of the most scenic mountain bike paths in the world, the
Rainbow Rim Trail. This trail provides an awesome introduction to
singletrack and views of the canyon will surprise you and encourage you
around each turn.
Providing gently rolling terrain and occasional challenges, the North
Rim of the Grand Canyon has always been a favorite of guides and guests
of all levels. The chance to experience one of nature's most awesome
sights from the seat of your mountain bike is truly an opportunity of a
lifetime.
