Day 1 NAIROBI
Nairobi is the capital and largest city of Kenya. The city and its surrounding area also forms the Nairobi Province. The name "Nairobi" comes from the Masai phrase Enkare Nyirobi, which translates to "the place of cool waters". However, it is popularly known as the "Green City in the Sun" and is surrounded by several expanding villa suburbs. Founded in 1899 as a simple rail depot on the railway linking Mombasa to Uganda, the town quickly grew to become the capital of British East Africa in 1907 and eventually the capital of a free Kenyan republic in 1963.
ITINERARY (Day 1)
Day 1 – On arrival, and after immigration procedures, met and transferred to the Nairobi Safari Club. Welcome non-alcoholic drink served on arrival at the hotel. (Accommodation Nairobi Safari Club. Dinner.)

Day 2 – 3 AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Amboseli National Park is 39,206 hectares in size at the core of an 8,000 square kilometres ecosystem that spreads across the Kenya-Tanzania border. The local people are mainly Maasai, but people from other parts of the country have settled there attracted by the successful tourist-driven economy and intensive agriculture along the system of swamps that makes this low-rainfall area one of the best wildlife-viewing experiences in the world. The park protects two of the five main swamps, and includes a dried-up Pleistocene lake. The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants. Other park attractions include opportunities to meet Maasai and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world.
ITINERARY (Day 2 – 3)
Day 2 – After breakfast depart for Amboseli National Park. Welcome non-alcoholic drink will we served on arrival at the lodge. Lunch at the lodge. Spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure. Enjoy game viewing in the park. (Accommodation: Ol Tukai Lodge. All Meals.)

Day 3 – Optional Hot Air Balloon Safari. Morning game viewing drive in the park. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Rest of the morning at leisure. Lunch at the lodge. Enjoy game viewing drive in the park. (Accommodation: Ol Tukai Lodge. All Meals.)
OVERNIGHT: Ol Tukai Lodge (2 nights)
Ol Tukai is set at the foot of Kilimanjaro in the world-renowned Amboseli National Park. The park has unusual and exquisite wildlife and bird species. Writers have described Ol Tukai and the surrounding Amboseli as “A home for the gods.” The lodge is recognised to be one of the best spots in the world to watch elephants. Ol Tukai is an environment friendly lodge and is proud to be a member of the Environmental Society of Kenya and is also home to the Amboseli Elephant Research Project. Undoubtedly, Ol Tukai will set the mood for the most creative and inspiring conferences and group events. The 80 guest bedrooms are in single-storey chalet style units constructed of wood, slate and local stone. The buildings are designed to give an open and welcoming atmosphere with a traditional African flavour, yet with all the modern conveniences.

Day 4 ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK
Located in the Central province of Kenya, Aberdares is a volcanic mountain range with dense forests, deep ravines, clear streams, waterfalls, alpine plants and misty moorlands. The range forms the eastern wall of the rift valley stretching for about 100km. Besides the peaks, some of the major attractions here include, game watching, lots of animals, Elephants, Buffaloes and Rhinos, antelopes, the rare bongo and hyenas among others, rich bird life, The Tree Lodges (Queen Elizabeth learned of her accession to the throne at Tree-tops) and the Night viewing of wildlife at the Ark & Treetops.
ITINERARY (Day 4)
Day 4 – Drive back to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch at Safari Park Hotel. Depart for Aberdares Country Club. On arrival, non alcoholic welcome drink will be served. Transfer to The Ark for overnight with game viewing from the lounge. (Accommodation: The Ark / All meals).
OVERNIGHT: The Ark Lodge (1 night)
Set in the heart of the Aberdare National Park, The Ark is a unique tree lodge with a veranda that overlooks a floodlit waterhole and saltlick allowing undisturbed views of wildlife visiting the waterhole. Elephant, rhino, leopard, bushbuck and occasionally an elusive bongo and giant forest hog have been sighted. The Ark Tree Lodge is 16km (10 miles) from the Mweiga airfield or one hour's drive from Nyeri airstrip or two hours from Nanyuki. The 60 guest rooms are all en-suite. All cabins have private bathrooms with shower, and are comfortably furnished with bedside lamps and carpeted floors to ward off the evening and morning chill. Close to your room are views of the forest or waterhole, revealing game. Cabins are provided with water flasks and glasses, hot water bottles and extra blankets. The bathrooms contain 115/240v shaving socket, shower stall, washbasin and flush toilets.

Day 5 – 6 SAMBURU NATURE RESERVE
The Samburu Game Reserves are the most accessible of the Northern Frontier faunal sanctuaries. They comprise three reserves - the Samburu Reserve, Buffalo Springs and Shaba Reserve. The Samburu Reserve covers 104 sq. km (40 sq. miles) on the northern bank of the Uaso Nyiro River, with a river frontage of 16 km (10 miles). Shaba Reserve covers approximately 130 sq. km (50 sq. miles) and borders the southern bank of the Uaso Nyiro River just east of the Buffalo Springs Reserve. Permanent water is available from the 20 miles of river, which ensures that an abundance of wildlife exists in the reserves at all times. The Shaba Game Reserve is also the heart of Kenya’s "Born Free Country," and home to the great conservationists Joy and George Adamson.
ITINERARY (Day 5 – 6)
Day 5 – Transfer to the Aberdares Country Club and reunite with your driver-guide. Drive to Samburu Reserve. Lunch at the Ashnil Samburu Camp. Afternoon Game drive. (Accommodation Ashnil Samburu Camp. All Meals.)
Day 6 - Depart for a morning game drive. Return to the camp for meals and spend the rest of the day at leisure. (Accommodation Ashnil Samburu Camp. All Meals.)

Day 7 LAKE NAKURU
Lake Nakuru National Park (188 km2.) was first gazetted as a bird sanctuary for its rich birdlife. The park is home to for more than 450 different kinds of birds and is considered one of the best ornithological areas in the world. Flamingoes in particular can be seen here in their millions, as the lake is rich with algae which they feed on. The Lake itself has shallow alkaline waters and covers about 60km2.The parks is surrounded by acacia woodlands, marshy areas, grasslands, rocky hillsides cliffs, outcrops and rocky hills covered with a Euphorbia forest on the eastern perimeter. Lake Nakuru National park is also home of a host of animals, over 50 different species of mammals including leopards, buffaloes, lions and plenty of Rhinos, since the park doubles as a Rhino sanctuary.

Day 7 – After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park via the Thompsons Falls. On arrival at the lodge, non alcoholic welcome drink will be served. Late Lunch at the Lodge. Enjoy game viewing drive in the park. (Accommodation: Lake Nakuru Lodge. All Meals.)
OVERNIGHT: Lake Nakuru Lodge (1 night)
Lake Nakuru Lodge is situated in a wonderland which lies in the heart of one of Kenya's most densely animal populated wetland national parks (Ramsar Site), only two hours leisurely drive on first class roads from Nairobi, through some of the most exciting scenery to be seen anywhere in Africa. The 156 km Nairobi-Nakuru roads gives the visitor an unrivalled view of the majestic Great Rift Valley, winding through a series of lakes and forested uplands all the way to the bustling market town of Nakuru.

Day 8 – 9 MASAI MARA
The Masai Mara is a large game reserve in south-western Kenya, which is effectively the northern continuation of the Serengeti National Park game reserve in Tanzania. Named after the Maasai people and their description of the area when looked at from a viewpoint - "Mara", which is Maa (Maasai language) for spotted: an apt description for the circles of trees, scrub, savannah and cloud shadows that mark the area. It is famous for its exceptional population of Big Cats, game, and the annual migration of zebra, Thomson's gazelle and wildebeest from the Serengeti every year from July to October, a migration so immense it is called the Great Migration.
ITINERARY (Day 8 – 9)
Day 8 – Depart for Maasai Mara Game Reserve. On arrival a welcome non-alcoholic drink will be served. Late Lunch at the Keekorok Lodge. Enjoy game drive in the reserve. (Accommodation: Keekorok Lodge. All Meals.)

Depart with final game viewing for the drive back to Nairobi. Farewell lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant. Later transfer to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your outbound flight (transfer depends on departure flight details). Optional Day Rooms at Ole Sereni Hotel.
