Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive in Perth
Upon arrival in Perth you will be transferred and checked-in to your hotel. This afternoon enjoy an orientation tour of Perth including beautiful Kings Park. A welcome drink will be waiting for you this evening. It is time to have a chat with your Tour Director and mingle with your fellow traveling colleagues!

Day 2
The Pinnacles
Travel to Yanchep National Park, where you will enjoy an Aboriginal cultural experience in an authentic bush setting. Meet Aboriginal local guides who will share with you their vision of life amongst their traditional community and their dreaming journeys. Let them introduce you to the captivating and thrilling sounds of the didgeridoo. It is the sound of the outback! Visit Nambung National Park to view the mystical Pinnacles formed thousands of years ago. It is believed the Pinnacles were created millions of years ago as seashells were broken down into sand and then eroded by water and wind.

Day 3
Kalbarri national park
Travel through Kalbarri National Park and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Murchison River Gorge from Hawks Head Lookout. Travel to Hamelin Pool to see the world’s best-known colony of Stromatolites. These ancient structures are examples of what life on Earth was like 3.5 billion years ago and are considered as living fossils. We then head to the spectacular Shell Beach, formed by billions of tiny white seashells. Continue to Monkey Mia this afternoon. Stay 2 nights.

Day 4
Monkey Mia
Watch for the famous dolphins that swim into shore. These wild mammals of the ocean swim into the shallows to mingle with people. (Note: As dolphins are wild their appearance cannot be guaranteed.) You will spend the rest of the day at your own pace at leisure. Perhaps you might try to spot dugong and dolphins on a sailing cruise.
Day 5
Carnavon
We travel along the Coral Coast to Carnarvon, the fruit bowl of Western Australia, which is famous for its banana plantations.

Day 6
Ningaloo Reef
Travel to the charming seaside town of Coral Bay and join a sub-sea viewer over the Ningaloo Marine Park, the longest fringing barrier reef in Australia. Observe the abundance of marine life that inhabits these tropical and temperate waters, marvel at the underwater world of coral gardens and if you are lucky, you might even see a whale shark…

Day 7
The Pilbara
This morning visit Giralia Station, an area of enchanting biodiversity and a bird watcher’s heaven. Travel inland to the mineral rich Pilbara region.

Day 8
Karijini national park
Enjoy a guided tour of the Pilbara Open Cut Iron Ore Mine. You will be amazed by the massive pit and see the huge machinery in action: an eye-opening experience of the mining industry. We then continue our journey on to Karijini National Park (formerly Hamersley Range). The park is the traditional home of the Banyjima Aboriginal people, who gave it its indigenous name. Evidence of their early occupation dates back more than 20,000 years. The astounding landscape of spectacular gorges, waterfalls and rock pools, created by millions of years of erosion, provides a striking contrast to the stark red of the Pilbara landscape.

Day 9
Karratha
Today we leave Karijini National Park and travel to Karratha, headquarters of the North West Shelf Project.

Day 10
broome
This morning we travel towards Broome via Port Hedland, a major shipping outlet for the mineral-rich Pilbara region. We then skirt the edge of the Great Sandy Desert before arriving in idyllic Broome. See Chinatown and Streeters Jetty where pearling luggers unload their fresh catch of oysters.

Day 11
Broome 'Free Time'
Today is at leisure to explore this tropical hideaway. Wander through Chinatown, home to some of the world’s finest pearl showrooms. Visit the famous Cable Beach where you can take a camel ride along the 22 kilometers of sparkling white sands, swim in the warm, turquoise water or simply sit and relax. At the end of the day, do not miss the spectacular sunset over the Indian Ocean.
Day 12
Depart Broome
This morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Broome Airport for your onward flight.
