For thousands of years shamans and faith healers have functioned under the belief that physical illness results from imbalances within our emotional and energy bodies which ultimately express through the physical body. Even science has begun to recognize the importance in addressing the spiritual aspect of dis-ease and the value of alternative, holistic and integrative medicine modalities. On this powerful spiritual journey to Abadiania, Brazil we will experience faith healer John of God, and deeply explore the aspects within us that are contributing to our suffering and pain.

Itinerary

Day 1 Mon  (-/-/-) Leaving home, arriving in Brasilia, Brazil

Today we will be departing from home for our flights to Brazil. Depending on flight schedules we may stay overnight in Brasilia. IF it is early enough we’ll be met by our guide at the airport with our own personal taxis and brought the one and half hour ride up to the crystal hills and the crystal plateau healing village of Abadiania to our guest house.

Day 2 Tues (-/-/D) Abadiania – Prep Day

Today we’ll have a group meeting and go over what needs to be sorted out for the next day – protocol, requests for John of God, physical issues, and orientation to the town and the center itself.

Day 3 Weds (B/L/D) Meeting the Entity – Casa Day

Our group will meet at breakfast every day on Casa days at 7:00 am until 7:30 am. Then we’ll head for the healing center/Casa. You will receive Anita’s full support through the whole of the Casa protocols (which can often be confusing to the first time visitor as many people visit at any one time from all over the world). She will also help with translations when we see John of God and she will record any and all instructions he gives for your particular healing protocol.

Sessions start at 7:45 am promptly for the meditation healing rooms, and 8:00 am to see John of God. Sessions finish when all whom need to see him have been seen. (Often around 10:00-11:00 am.) Then we can enjoy the blessed soup the center serves and sit in and around the lovely gardens of the center absorbing the powerful and loving energy of this healing vortex. Or simply sit with friends.

Then is free time until the afternoon session which begins at 1:45 pm. Lunch is served at our guest house from 11:30 till 1:3 pm every day. Our guest house is 5 minutes from the healing center. Afternoon sessions finish when all have been seen by John of God which will be around 4:00-5:00 pm sometimes earlier and sometimes later. Then we are free until dinner at guest house at 6:30-8:00 pm. We will meet as a group to share and discuss any needs and rest. Early to bed for next days healing sessions!

Day 4 Thurs (B/L/D) Casa Day

Day 5 Fri (B/L/D) Casa Day

Day 6 Sat (B/L/D) Healing, Rest & Workshop

Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are days when we will have the time to digest the powerful healing energies that have been extended to us during the healing days. It is important to rest during these days no matter how you feel, whether you have had an actual surgery or not as the entities continue to work on us during this time.

Anita advises people to spend as much time as possible resting, being quiet within themselves, reflecting, reading, gentle walks in and around the village and healing center, taking a crystal bath, going to sacred waterfall nearby, meditating or prayer in big hall and gardens or meditation pagoda, listening to music, birds, and of course we will have our daily meetings to help us process and deepen the experience of John of God.

In town many places make wonderful fruit drinks (like acai from the amazon filled with goodness and very tasty!!). Have a stroll to the outside pool area or up the road to see all the crystals and small artisanal shops and small outside cafes. The village is small and simple – all the locals understand people have come here for healing and are quite supportive of the healing center – many them have been healed at the center.

Anita will also take a day to go out to a nearby local place of interest and beauty for anyone who is interested in joining her. This will depend on how the healing is going with everyone in the group. Time can also be spent at the Casa on days off as it is open for meditation and reflection as well as crystal baths and to buy water in the Casa shop or to sit in the garden or pagoda overlooking the crystal hills.

There will be time reserved to go to the sacred waterfall with the group. On our the last healing day at the Casa we usually like to all chip in and buy some flowers for the healing spirits that work through John of God – they give them out to others – they love flowers! Also a small donation is taken for the kitchen girls who work very hard for us. We usually have group meal/drink out in one of the restaurants in village on our last night which is very reasonable.
