Itinerary

Day 01, Saturday: U.S. to Ireland. Depart U.S. for your overnight flight to Ireland. Dinner is served on board.

 Day 02, Sunday: Dublin. Morning arrival at Dublin Airport. Having cleared Irish customs, we are greeted by our Celtic Tours driver/guide and transferred to our hotel. Afternoon panoramic sightseeing tour of Dublin includes a visit to Whitefriar Church, which holds the remains of St. Valentine. This evening, enjoy a traditional Irish dinner and entertainment cabaret show. Overnight in Dublin. Burlington Hotel

Day 03, Monday: Dubin - Athlone - Galway. Depart Dublin and travel across the midland's of Ireland via historic Athlone, crossing the River Shannon to the market town of Ballinasloe and Loughrea. Visit to St. Brendan's Cathedral, which contains outstanding examples of stained glass by various Irish artists. Continue on to nearby Galway city for dinner and overnight. Carlton Hotel

Day 04, Tuesday: Galway - Connemara. Morning sightseeing tour to Gaelic speaking Connemara. We travel along Galway Bay to Maam Cross and Oughterard; plenty of photo ops on this scenic route. Before returning to Galway, we stop at Moycullen to see some local Connemara marble and Celtic crystal. Afternoon free in Galway. Dinner at our Galway hotel.

Day 05, Wednesday: Galway - Cliffs of Moher - Limerick - Adare - Killarney. Depart Galway and travel along the scenic western coast to the Cliffs of Moher, which rise 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean. Continue on via Limerick and the old world village of Adare to Killarney for dinner and overnight. Killarney Towers Hotel

Day 06, Thursday: Killarney - Ring of Kerry. Today, we depart on one of Ireland's most popular and beautiful drives, the Ring of Kerry. Traveling from Killarney, we come to the town of Killorglin, famous for "Puck Fair," and from here we commence the ring tour. Our drive is along the coastline of the broad Iveragh Peninsula, through the towns of Glenbeigh, Cahirciveen, Waterville and Sneem. The scenery is spectacular as wind-swept cliffs, still lakes, lost valleys and rocky mountains blend in awesome beauty. As one looks around it is easy to agree with the old Irish saying, "Even if a man has only a small bit of earth here, he has a lot of the heavens." From Sneem, we continue via "Ladies View" back to Killarney. Dinner and overnight at our Killarney hotel.

Day 07, Friday: Shannon - U.S. After breakfast, transfer to nearby Shannon Airport, where the tours ends. Ample time allowed for duty free shopping before boarding our flight home. Arrive home the same day.
