Day 2: Monday: Depart to Bastide - Cooking Lesson - Visit Local Artisan

After breakfast depart to the “Bastide” for a visit to the vegetable garden and gathering vegetable based on season. Cooking lesson followed by lunch. In the afternoon a visit to a local artisan. Dinner on your own.

Day 3: Tuesday: Depart to Market in Sanary - Second Cooking Class - Visit Local Wine Producer

Departure early morning to the market in sanary for the arrival of the fishing boats. After picking up the ingredients for your cooking class you will go back for your second cooking class followed by lunch. In the afternoon a visit to a local wine producer and wine tasting. Dinner on your own

Day 4: Wednesday: Preparation of Vegetables - Visit an Olive Grove

Breakfast. Today you will learn all about the preparation of vegetable. Lunch will follow based on your Efforts. In the afternoon you will visit an olive grove including tasting Tapenade. Dinner on your own

Day 5: Thursday: Learn about Desserts - Receive Your Diploma - Visit Honeybee Farm

Today it’s all about desserts, crusty with honey, melting with chocolates, sorbets…. Lunch will follow. You will also receive your Diploma In the afternoon you may visit a honeybee farm. Dinner on your own

Day 6: Friday: Departure

Breakfast. Unforgettable flavors and inspiration will follow you….
