Accommodation in the Masai Mara Reserve is at the tented, beautifully furnished Bateleur Camp at Kichwa Tembo, tended by a butler. Game drive in open safari vehicles in the Masai Mara, famous for its annual Great Migration of more than two million wildebeest and thousands of Thomson’s gazelle, zebra and impala. A ballooning safari and/or a day trip to Lake Victoria can be arranged at an additional cost. Tsavo National Park is one of the world’s largest game sanctuaries with miles of thorn bush interspersed with mighty baobab trees. Accommodation is at Galdessa Camp in elegant tented bandas with large verandas or at Campi ya Kanzi in thatched tented cottages on a wooden platforms. Activities include game drives, bush walks, bird watching and bush sundowners. At Diani beach, south of Mombassa, prepare for two days of indulgence and relaxation on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Indian Ocean. Accommodation is in a luxurious beach villas. Included are golf club green fees, caddy fees and use of clubs, massages and reflexology. Local African boats can be taken for excursions to the coral reef for snorkeling.
