“Best tourist guide in Americas. Beer, food and knowledge is super brilliant.”
  • Reviewer: Mark Enfield
“I traveled with Kevin on a small group, 3 month overland trip from San Diego to Panama through all of Central American countries… He was always on top of things and resolved the issues without us hardly knowing they were happening. He was flexible to our needs and requests, whilst ensuring that we saw the best that each country/area had to show. His local knowledge was amazing so that we got to see things and go places that none of the other trips did. Because of Kevin’s skills I think that we saw more of the real country than we would have done otherwise. And he made it FUN.”
  • Reviewer: Tim Hughes
“I have had the pleasure of going on two of Kevin’s trips. I was blown away by his detailed knowledge of the area, he know everything from great hiking spots and secret swimming holes to the best hotels, bars and restaurants. Kevin’s easygoing personality was matched by his first-rate organization. I could really relax on my vacations with him because I knew everything would run smoothly. He handled everything, down to the smallest details, and really took a personal interest in making sure I had the best trip possible. He’s a great tour guide and his tours in Panama are incredible!”

Day 1: Panama City Tour

Sunday: We have a full day to explore this fantastic city! Starting with an incredible view from atop Cerro Ancon before we head to Miraflores Locks and museum on the canal. We follow the Panama Canal to Punta Culebra (owned by the Smithsonian) where we might see sloths, iguanas and some of Panama’s marine life, all while learning about the history of Panama, the canal, and the ships passing through. Have lunch on the Amador Causeway with fantastic views of the city skyline before a final stop in old town (Casco Viejo) for a tour that will take you back in time. Enjoy your 2nd night in the city.
Day 2: Portobelo Adventure

Monday: Snorkel in the Caribbean and Zip line in the jungle.  Discovered by Columbus, attacked by pirates and gateway to 1/3rd of the world’s gold, Portobelo is another UNESCO world heritage site that has to be seen! (Hotel in Panama City) Click HERE to see a detailed itinerary.
Day 3: Jungle Tour

Tuesday: Visit the monkeys and the Indians and head to the hills! Soberania is full of wildlife and is a wonderful place to watch for monkeys, sloth, the Harpy Eagle and hundreds of bird species. (Hotel in El Valle)
Day 4: El Valle-Santa Catalina

Wednesday: After a welcome night in El Valle, we will have all morning to explore. I will guide my favorite hike on the India Dormida Trail and other options are horse and bike rides, visit the market and waterfalls or just relax! After lunch we will head to Santa Catalina. (Hotel in Santa C.)
Day 5: Santa Catalina/Coiba

Thursday: Otherwise known as the poor man’s Galapagos, Coiba is one of those hard to reach places that are worth the effort of getting there! You have the options of snorkeling or diving when you visit the World Heritage site where you might just see a whale shark! Other options are kayaking, fishing, surfing and relaxing on one of the world’s best surf beaches (2nd night in Santa Catalina)
Day 6: Boquete

Friday: We will head out in the morning and drive to Boquete. Boquete is nestled into the mountains and is the adventure capital of Panama. On the way we can stop at some hot springs. The next day, you will be able to choose options like coffee tours, zip lining canopy tours, hiking to the continental divide or maybe a volcano.  There’s also rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, rock climbing.  (Hotel in Boquete)
