Itinerary
Arrival - A tuk tuk tour of the region to have an understanding howmidlands look like, an introduction to Keralan spices and herbs and other
medicinal plants, how they are grown, as well as their use in cooking and in home remedies.
2nd day - Visit to the Elephant training center, Old Syrian Christian church,
Temples and in the afternoon visit to a lorry painting center and exploring the
village around the farm.
3rd day -Another short trip of the region after breakfast and an Ayurveda massage in a
traditional Ayurveda Center near the farm in the afternoon
4th day - Breakfast and farewell
