I was in India as your client through Gail Rosenberg ( Largay Travel ) in March.
I would be remiss if I did not write and tell you how impressed we were every day of our trip with your guides, drivers and representatives! There was not one misstep during our wonderful trip to India…Infact, we have become, one of many I am sure, your best PR people for Greaves!
All of the people we met through your company were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do anything that would make our trip even more enjoyable!
We loved all of our accommodations and tours.
Thank you for a wonderful and memorable trip…..we look forward to returning and visiting new sights and sounds of India!

I wanted to take the time to thank you for all the hard work you put in to arrange a magical honeymoon for Gayle and I. We had a ball. All the transfers worked like clockwork, the hotels were great and the route planning excellent.

    We will be back.

Itinerary

DAY 1 ARRIVE GOA
Arrive Mumbai and transfer to Vivanta by Taj Holiday Village hotel.

DAY 2 GOA
Full day sightseeing tour of Goa including a visit to a spice plantation including lunch.

Se Cathedral is dedicated to St. Catherine. It was on her feast day, 25th November 1510, that Alphonso de lbuquerque conquered Goa. The Cross of Miracles, placed in the cathedral, is a popular attraction. The Basilica of Bom Jesus in Old Goa, built in 1605, is a pilgrimage point in Goa and has now been declared a World Heritage Monument. The sacred relics of St. Francis Xavier are kept in this church. St. Francis Xavier, patron saint of Goa, died whilst on a sea voyage to China on December 2, 1552. A visit to the city of Panjim will offer a taste of Goan life. The bustling capital of Goa has fascinating open-air fish, fruit, and flower markets, and you can stop to photograph the Mary Immaculate Conception Church. Drive past Rui Direta, Viceroys arch, the government offices of Panjim and past the Old Portuguese Quarter. Also visit Altinho hill for an aerial view of Panjim City. The Hindu temple, Sri Mahalsa Temple, is dedicated to the Goddess Mahalsa, an avatar of Vishnu. The 18th century temple features a silver doorway and a graceful carved lantern tower in the central courtyard.
The spice groves produce cloves, cinnamon, pepper, vanilla, cardamom, and medicinal herbs. The plantation’s fruit orchards produce papaya, guava, pineapple, sweet and sour limes and tangerines. After your walk, enjoy an exotic lunch served on traditional banana leaves. Return to your hotel for an evening at leisure.

Spend a full day at leisure, enjoying the beach, neighbouring towns and nearby village, and amenities of the hotel.
