Itinerary

Day 1,, Windhoek, Namibia
On arrival in Windhoek, you are met and transferred to your reserved hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 2, Sossusvlei
This morning you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred by light aircraft to Kulala Wilderness Reserve with its huge towering dunes. Activities are conducted in 4x4 vehicles and include a safari down to the very end of the Tsauchab Rover and to the heart of Sossusvlei.

Day 3, Sossusvlei
Todays activities center round early morning excursion's in 4x4 vehicles to the dunes and the "vlei" itself. Afternoon activities are enjoyed taking in the desert scenery with its unique fauna and flora. Optional ballooning can be arranged at an extra cost.

Day 4, Damaraland
An early morning flight takes guests over the Namib and up the Skeleton Coast to Damaraland. Depending upon your lodge location, Morning and afternoon drives in search for desert-adapted elephant or rhino tracking are great favorites.

Day 5, Damaraland
Today's activities centrer around drives, nature walks, and visits to the famous Twyfelfontein engravings. You may even have the opportunity to sight the rare desert elephant depending upon their movement. Although wildlife is not concentrated, you may also see gemsbok (oryx), springbok, ostrich and other hardy desert animals.
DAMARALAND CAMP / DESERT RHINO CAMP

Day 6, Etosha
Fly by light aircraft to Etosha National Park. The park is made up of over 5 million acres of saline desert, including Etosha Pan, a vast, shallow depression, about one million acres in size. Highlights are the game drives, night drives, walks and hides on the Ongava Game Reserve.

Day 7, Etosha
The expansive white "place of dry water" known as Etosha National Park, is an unusual setting for game and sets it apart from other reserves in Africa. Activities include game drives into the Okaukuejo area where lion, elephant, cheetah, gemsbok, springbok and hartebeest can be seen at many of the waterholes in the park. In addition, night drives and walks are offered on the private reserve. A special encounter is the rare white rhino tracking, where you may get the chance to see both black and white rhino.
ONGAVA TENTED CAMP / ONGAVA LODGE

Day 8, Depart Windhoek
Depart Etosha today for your flight back to Windhoek and your onward international flight home.
