Itinerary

Day 1, Depart Pretoria
From the Pretoria Rail Station, you will board the world famous “Blue Train” for your overnight journey to Cape Town. Lunch and high tea are served as the train travels to Kimberley where guests disembark and board the bus to the city centre. Here you join a tram for a ride to the Open Mine Museum for a tour of the mine. Return to the station in the early evening for a glass of sherry (yours to keep as a memento) before boarding the train for dinner and overnight.

Day 2, Arrive Cape Town
Breakfast is served in the dining car as The Blue Train nears the end of the Journey. You arrive in Cape Town, South Africa’s “Mother City”, where you are ushered to the station lounge by your butler to await your luggage. You will be met by an African Travel representative and transferred to your hotel.
