DAY ONE - WELCOME TO SYDNEY!

Your driver will meet you at the airport for your private transfers into the city to your hotel. You'll stay 2 nights in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the city.

SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE

Experience the Sydney Opera House and delicious Tasting Plate alfresco dining at Opera Kitchen. Begin your journey by exploring underneath the sails with a spectacular Sydney Opera House Tour, taking you inside one of the world’s greatest buildings of all time. You will see inside the theatres, discover the stories, history and magic of the House and learn of how architect Jorn Utzon’s heritage-listed masterpiece came to life.

DAY TWO - ESCORTED CITY BICYCLE TOUR & SEE SYDNEY CARD

ESCORTED CITY BICYCLE TOUR

Hop on the Sydney Highlights tour to experience the essentials of Sydney. We'll take you on a super easy ride featuring stunning harbour views as we pedal past Circular Quay, the piers at Walsh Bay, Darling Harbour, Hyde Park, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. There's no better way to get a quick feel for the city! 

OVERNIGHT AT TARONGA ZOO

You’ll be dropped off at Taronga Zoo – for their unique experience, Roar & Snore. You will spend the night camping out with the animals, in the comfort of purpose built safari tents, while looking out over the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. This unforgettable experience is truly once in a lifetime opportunity. This is a fully hosted experience and includes a sumptuous roast feast, drinks in the main tent and up-close animal encounters.

DAY THREE - BONDI BEACH SURF LESSON

What better place to learn to surf than on world-famous Bondi Beach? Here you’ll find fantastic waves, year-round sun and the coolest beachside vibe anywhere. Dedicated, fully-qualified staff can help you catch the wave of your dreams, whether it’s your first time setting foot in the ocean or you’re a surf fanatic looking to ride the big one.

DAY FOUR - BRIDGECLIMB

Twilight Period Climb. BridgeClimb is Australia's most exciting and accessible adventure on one of the world's most modern wonders: The Sydney Harbour Bridge. Experience the incredible adventure that will take you to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge some 440 feet above the Harbour. The Climb is a 3 ½ hour guided journey to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It takes you along the outer arch of the Bridge on catwalks and ladders all the way to the summit. 

DAY FIVE – SYDNEY TO PORT DOUGLAS

Transfer to Sydney Airport for your flight to Cairns (flights not included), then transfer from Cairns to Port Douglas.

Port Douglas, affectionately known as “Port”, is a sophisticated, but laid back seaside village just over 40 miles north of Cairns. The closest town to the Great Barrier Reef with no traffic lights or parking meters in sight, Port Douglas is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while still enjoying cosmopolitan convenience and contemporary style in a tropical climate.

RAINFOREST DINING EXPERIENCE

Flames of the Forest - 10 minutes from Port Douglas and a world away from the everyday. Step into a magical place - the rainforest at night - and in this timeless setting relax with the warm glow of Australian hospitality and fabulous food and Australian wines. Surrounded on all sides by the rainforest, the spectacle of the setting will take your breath away, as you dine on a tropical tasting menu and premium wines… an evening you will never forget.

DAY SIX - OUTER GREAT BARRIER REEF CRUISE

Take a 5-star cruise to the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkelers & scuba divers can enjoy 3 spectacular sites at the Agincourt Ribbon Reefs of the Great Barrier Reef. There is a Reef interpretation talk by a Marine Biologist. You’ll also enjoy a superb tropical buffet lunch, morning and afternoon teas.

DAY SEVEN - CAPE TRIBULATION & JUNGLE SURFING TOUR

Enjoy one of the most scenic coastal drives in Australia along the Captain Cook Highway. At Wildlife Habitat see the endangered cassowary and other wildlife, with the opportunity to have your photo taken holding a koala, snake or crocodile. Then take the Daintree River Cable Ferry - Cross and enter Daintree National Park into Cape Tribulation. Following lunch you will go Jungle Surfing - Fly through the trees on ziplines, with a bird’s eye view into the canopy and out to the reef. Jungle Surfing is a unique and exhilarating way to experience the beauty of the world-renowned Daintree Rainforest.

DAY EIGHT - PORT DOUGLAS TO CAIRNS

This morning you will be transfered from Port Douglas to Cairns

WELCOME TO CAIRNS!

Cairns is framed by the spectacular twin backdrops of rainforest mountain ranges and the sparkling Coral Sea. It is a modern, sophisticated city, and is an ideal base to explore the wider Tropical North Queensland region and the World Heritage listed Reef, Rainforest and Outback.

CAIRNS NIGHT ZOO

This afternoon you'll be transfered to the Cairns Night Zoo. Enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks. After dinner, your guides will provide you with a flashlight and lead you into the darkness to meet the creatures of the night. Learn how owls hunt, touch a possum and pat a koala. On clear nights the guides will take you star gazing - see the Southern Cross, the Big Dipper and other well known constellations.

DAY NINE - KURANDA SCENIC RAIL, SKYRAIL, AND TJAPUKAI ABORIGINAL CULTURAL PARK

With upgrade to Gold Class on Kuranda Rail and Diamond View on Skyrail. Take the Kuranda Scenic Rail. Experience this scenic journey in exclusive Gold Class comfort. This breathtaking journey on one of the world's most scenic train routes will take you to Kuranda through hand hewn tunnels and across bridges with amazing views. Explore the markets or visit the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary and colorful Birdworld. Board Skyrail for the world's most beautiful rainforest experience. Be amazed by the spectacular tropical rainforest from the unique viewing perspective of Skyrail’s glass floor Diamond View Gondolas. Glide over the Rainforest canopy and take advantage of the two stops enroute to enjoy a walk through the rainforest or visit the CSIRO Interpretive Centre.

After Skyrail, take a short walk to the fascinating Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park. Discover this ancient culture through theatres, stage shows and demonstrations. Upon completion of the tour, you will be returned to your hotel at approximately at 500P.

DAY TEN - HOME

You'll be transferred to Cairns Airport for your flight home (flight not included).
