Itinerary

Day 1 : Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Roses Valley - Dades Gorges :

We will pick up you from your hotel/riad. Then we will start our 4 days desert tour from Marrakech to Dades Gorges. Across the Tizi-N-Tichka Atlas pass(2260m), with far-reaching views across the mountains, to the traditional High Atlas Berber villages. We will head to the city of Ouarzazate. Here you can witness the place where many Hollywood blockbuster films were shot. The Living Daylights, Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia, among others, have all seen the clapperboard in this city. If the scheduler allows for it, we may also stop off at the Atlas Film Studios, the Kasbah of Taourirt. After lunch we continue towards Skoura palm grove, where you can visit the Kasbah of Amridil after the visit we continue to The Rose Valley, the town of roses, Kelaa Mgouna, before we achieve Dades valley, reaching the Dades Gorge in time for sunset where we will stop in a very traditional and romantic hotel for dinner and to spend the night.

Day 2 : Dades Gordes - Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Merzouga :

This morning after breakfast in the hotel, driving towards Tinghir passing by Boumalne Dades and stopping for a panoramic view of Dades valley. Later on, we will continue to Todra gorges. Stopping along the way for photos and admiring the views. Arrival to Todra Gorges to enjoy its marvelous Canyons views while hiking on foot. In the afternoon we continue to Tinejdad and have a break for lunch then to Erfoud where you will visit a local fossil craft workshop. After that you will continue to the captivating dunes of Erg Chebbi, these dunes are called also Merzouga Dunes. Arrive to the hotel and get ready to start your camel trip into the middle of the dunes in order to see the sunset then after you will arrive to the bivauc and spend the night under nomadic tent.

Day 3 : Merzouga - Rissani - Nkob - Agdz :

After enjoying the amazing sunrise among the sand dunes and having breakfast, you ride back your Camels to the Auberge. We will visit Rissani, former economic capital of Morocco from where the caravans leave and where a market takes place, known for the barter of donkeys and Berber medicines; if you have not seen enough Kasbahs yet, here you can see a lot more. We will also stop on our Marrakech desert tours 4 days in Nkob the village known by its 45 Kasbahs, where your personal driver would take you through this amazing amazing views over palm trees oases and the Saghrou Mountains, to admire the sweet nature. The afternoon is when we make our way through the Draa Valley. You will see a beautiful oasis and a stunning landscape that will have you taking photographs at regular points.

Day 4 : Agdz - Ait Ben Haddou - Telouet - Marrakech :

We head to Aït Benhaddou, a ‘fortified city', situated along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech. It is situated on a hill along the Ouarzazate River and boasts some beautiful examples of kasbahs, some of which remain inhabited. Granted UNESCO World Heritage listing, the site had been the setting for many films including Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator. After stop for lunch. Our journey continue via Tamedakht and the beautiful Ounila valle,y until we get to the village of Telouet, a short visit of the Kasbah and the palace, the residence of the Pasha Glaoui. Then continue to Marrakech over the high Atlas mountains. End of our 4 days desert trip from Marrakech with drop-off at your accommodation.
