This 3 day private tour include private transport from Delhi, local guide service and 2 nights hotel stay in Haridwar or in Rishikesh. Haridwar regarded as one of the seven holiest places to Hindus. According to the Samudra manthan, Haridwar along with Ujjain, Nashik and Prayagraj is one of four sites where drops of Amrit, the elixir of immortality, accidentally spilled over from the pitcher while being carried by the celestial bird Garuda. Rishikesh is a city in the Himalayan foothills beside the Ganges River just 20km from Haridwar. The river is considered holy, and the city is renowned as a center for studying yoga and meditation. Temples and ashrams (centers for spiritual studies) line the eastern bank around Swarg Ashram.

Itinerary

Day 01; Delhi - Haridwar/ Rishikesh (220km/ 5hr approx)

Pick up from your city hotel in Delhi and drive to Haridwar/ Rishikesh check in at hotel. Later sightseeing in Haridwar visit temples and ghats. Also attend Holy River Ganges aarti on Har ki Pauri. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 02; Haridwar/ Rishikesh 

Early morning yoga class followed by breakfast at hotel. Full day sightseeing in Rishikesh visiting temples, ashrams and ghats. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 03; Haridwar/ Rishikesh - Delhi (220km/ 5hr approx)

Early morning yoga class followed by breakfast at hotel. Day free and easy to relax and vist the places of your interest.

Optionally you can join the adventure activities on direct payment basis. List of adventure activities are available in Rishikesh are - River Rafting, Rappelling, Bungee Jumping, Flying Fox, Mountain biking, Giant swing, Cliff jumping, Waterfall trekking, Valley crossing, Kayaking, Rock climbing, Zorbing, Trekking.

Later drive to Delhi drop off to your hotel or airport.
