Our tour operator subcontracted our 1 week tour to Dive, Trek and Camp
(DTC) and thank God they did. The bus our tour operator had suggested
was quickly substituted with a 4 wheel drive vehicle by DTC and they
supplied excellent guides and a superb driver.. and believe me you need
both if you want to experience this country.
DTC know the good places to go, restaurants, hotels and sights, which we would otherwise have missed.
They
are not just for day tours - they took excellent care of us for a week
long tour. Honestly without DTC this would have been a difficult trip,
with DTC organization and guide we have a superb time. I do not say this
lightly, but I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Our group had the best tour guides and driver. Kym is really knowledgeable on the gems and treasures in East Timor. She tweaked our programme according to our wants and interests. We even had some surprises that were not originally planned on the itinerary. Anas is a good entertainer as well - a charmer, teaser and singer! Marcel, the driver, kept us safe with his skillful driving. Thank you to all of you for the excellent tour of the beautiful country.
