When this outfitter isn't leading climbing, hiking, and sea kayaking trips in the Alaskan wilderness, AMG tackles some of the rest of the world's more formidable peaks: the Seven Summits, North Cascades, the high-altitude volcanoes of Mexico and Ecuador, and the rugged mountains of Alaska. It also runs a climbing school, the International Wilderness Leadership School, which offers the highest level of technical skills training and outdoor leadership programs for university credit. AMG's trip menu includes sea kayaking in Baja and Glacier Bay National Park and canyoneering, climbing, and skiing in Utah, Washington, and Alaska.
